  DO NOT RENT! Lived here for 1 year until our lease was up in April 2018. They wouldn't fix anything, had a leak coming from upstairs through the bottom floor ceiling that we told them about, sent a guy out who cut a hole in our ceiling and never fixed the leak and took 3mo of us calling them to finally come back out and patch the hole. Weak spots in the floor upstairs in front of my son's room and in our bathroom that when you stepped on you could feel yourself sink, said it wasn't a hole yet so not worried about it. Would not get below 80 in the house during the summer, when the ac guys came out they came out at 8-9 in the morning and said everything was working fine but wouldn't come back later to c that it was actually hot, one called my wife a liar and that she needed to suck it up. Then dared to ask me for for an extra $50 a month in rent.
