  Too bad we can’t give a negative score. Worst experience ever! First, I sent the authorization form on 4/24/18 and never received a call back. I finally called 6 days later. The technician completed the work he thought he should without calling me! I NEVER received a quote prior to completing the work. So, without prior consent or discussion, I received a bill for $390!!! This is outrageous!
